A new recovery program called Step Springs helps men in a state of desperation end their cycle of addiction, take back control of their lives, and transition to a safe and sober living environment. There, they can become productive, contributing members of their families and our community.
Step Springs CEO Meghan Shay shares details with our host, Beth Roalstad, CEO of Homeward Pikes Peak.

Thank you, Robert! As I have become more familiar with the recovery process, I have learned that the journey takes many people, stable housing and support systems to help individuals overcome this difficult challenge. It is an honor to have you on the Homeward Pikes Peak Board of Directors. I am also grateful for high quality organizations like Step Springs coming to our community to provide services. Onward!
Excellent interview between Beth Roalstad (HPP CEO) and Meghan Shay (Step Springs CEO), A great in depth discussion about the Step Springs model and goals and services offered for men seeking long term recovery. As a person in successful recovery for 18years I can say that what Meghan describes as the program offered by Step Springs it touches on all the aspects and pieces that were needed for my own journey. I can say that I admire and support the efforts of Step Springs, as well as Homeward Pikes Peak whom I serve as a member of the Board of Directors.
