Chelsea is the Economic Development Project Manager for the City of Colorado Springs. She has worked with various stage startups and utilized her skills in health promotion, business and community development to help companies and communities realize their potential across the U.S. and East Africa. During her Peace Corps service in Uganda, she founded Startup Uganda, a nation-wide initiative comprised of camps, mentorship and a series of regional and national business plan competitions for young Ugandan entrepreneurs. Her current role allows her to continue her work to promote job creation and entrepreneurship in our community.
