Jenny is a chocolatier who makes delicious treats from local ingredients. She uses her experiences from Tokyo and St. Louis as inspiration for her confections which she sells in the Colorado Springs area. When not in the kitchen or at markets and events, she’s exploring remote areas with her snuggly pup, Finn, or has her nose in old books and records.
