I’d bet on it. Once he re-owns Rosemont he will then have the ability to (almost) run the hotel complex independent of municipal outages and water shortage. Just his cup of tea. As he is famous for having said over and over …. “I don’t want to simply own the acts, I want to own the venue too.” (applies to Strawberry and his refusal to lease).
