Sam Lang is a serial entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the food and beverage industry. She has a degree
in baking and pastry and previously worked at two restaurants in Denver that have made the 25 Best list in 5280 Magazine on both the savory and sweet side. Her business is a manufacturer, retailer, and future dessert bar specializing in all things chocolate here in Colorado Springs. It was the first Colorado Springs company to exhibit at the Aspen Food and Wine Classic in 2016. In her free time, Sam enjoys reading, art, cooking and exploring Colorado Springs’ great outdoors.
