Kathleen founded her company, Payroll City, in 2001 for small to medium-sized companies. Her personal company value is to reduce duplication of effort and utilizing technology to its full advantage, she influences the development of proprietary accounting software. In addition to her years as a controller and contractor in the business, she has been a piano instructor and serves on the PTA. She also enjoys taking advantage of the region’s outdoors.
