Gary and Dee try this one more time. We’re hoping Lyn is back with us next week.
The old stuff: Things change yet remain the same. Still have no national standardized Covid-19 testing. Doctors are still getting laid off and salaries cut. You’d think that these multi-billion $$$$ healthcare corporations would have a few bucks in reserve. Corporations still not contributing to retirement accounts of employees. National debt rises……….again. Covid-19 cases still not slowing down. In fact increasing. A perfect storm brewing in: Oklahoma has had 13 hospitals closed or get in financial trouble. You’ll never guess “Why.” Surprise, Surprise. Money in politics? Still there. How will Trump’s rally impact the healthcare facilities in OK? (Hint: you have to sign a waiver to attend.)
The new stuff: Notice how the National Rifle Association is being quiet? Colorado election polling suggest that Cory Gardner and Trump will……………….(you fill in the blank. Hint: Not a 3 letter word) Colorado. Drug Compounders trying to weasel out of some FDA rules. This is the era of deregulation, the current Republican administration is putting everything behind profit. Generic drug manufacturers are still trying to screw the public. Arizona hospitals are in dire straits. Learn how Germany saved their workforce. Ever hear of “Work Sharing?”

Your landlord might be one of the few who aren’t allowed to remove tenants at this time. (It isn’t like the landlord will tell you this.)
As always we encourage you to look for help or offer help at your local Mutual Aid Society. Here is the group for Colorado Springs:
