We start our podcase with a survey sent by the El Paso County, Republican Party. It is definitely a ‘push survey’ designed to push respondents towards a certain way of thinking. We go through the questions and supply our own answers when the options just don’t cover how we feel. We urge listeners to return any surveys they might get to let the local Republican Party know how they feel. And, if the answers they give you to select from don’t suit, supply your own.
We discuss 2019 SCOTUS decisions. Some good, some bad. More proof of why we need to get out and vote. For the decisions we don’t like, we can get active on the local level. Colorado has worked to fix gerrymandering, other states can as well.
We talked about the debates. We also discussed a sad case where the victim of a violent shooting was jailed.
