Can’t he pay for this out of his own pocket? Come on, now.
Good news: Oil is being given away! Tar sands oil is $5.06/bbl. Wyoming Sweet is $3.00/bbl. Oklahoma Sour is $5.75/bbl. Maybe it’s time to leave it in the ground. One can hope.
