Can you guess by who? And why? Changes at the Chamber of Commerce and the EDC. Good or Bad? Do necessary improvements need to be made? Does development have a negative effect on the local economy? What does “Development” mean?
Colorado Springs is coming up on a 150 year birthday. What is the main goal of this celebration? Are you vaccinated? Tax collections are up. What happens when these resources dry up? Are there inflationary pressures building? Will the Federal Reserve step in? Is per capita income up? Affordable incomes. Does Colorado Springs have them? Is the affordable housing subsidized in the area? By whom?

Ladies and gentlemen, (to borrow a phrase), the worst fire ever is always worse than the worst fire ever that preceded it. Rather than stating over and over that there are no standards and using that as an excuse for nonexistent planning, wouldn’t it be wise to go right ahead and plan around the concept of the next worst fire? Duh.
