Transportation Planning Process Survey Released for Public Comment – Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments Providing opportunities for the public to comment on the transportation planning process conducted in the metropolitan area is a part of the Federal Planning Certification Review. The review focuses on the federally-required transportation planning process administered by the Pikes Peak Area Council of Governments (PPACG) as the designated metropolitan planning organization (MPO), in cooperation with local governments, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), the Mountain Metropolitan Transit (MMT), and other stakeholders.
