Yoga instructor and community connector Keith Willschau started life on one path and then changed direction completely. Hear his exciting tale of how and why, after five year working in higher education, he decided to make the move and follow his passion to become a full time yoga instructor. Find out how he first found yoga and the serendipitous events that occurred which led him to become the studio manager at Core Power Yoga where he won the title of Core Power Yoga’s instructor of the year award in 2014.
In this episode, Keith talks about how he originally started practicing yoga at home, and what changed when he tried going to the studio. The experience of going to a studio for the first time can be daunting, but Keith gives information and tips to help you get started. You’ll also hear the story that led Keith to his involvement with Colorado Springs Rising Professionals, and you’ll learn more about the Rising Pros, where he served as a board member.
