Colorado Springs City Council is being asked to ease developer requirements in the Banning Lewis Ranch annexation agreement. Local citizen Dave Gardner takes the mic in the this episode to explain why the proposal needs to be reworked. “We need to assure it doesn’t kill the city budget and ensure Colorado Springs develops in a way that recognizes the realities of the 21st century, with attention to transit, pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure.”

The next public meeting is a town hall on Friday, Feb 2, 6 to 7:30 pm, at Pikes Peak Regional Development Center, 2880 International Circle.
