Colorado Springs City Councilors and co-hosts Bill Murray and Tom Strand stake their positions on Amendment 74 & and Proposition 112. 74 would require state and local governments to reimburse property owners for any loss of value due to new regulations. 112 would increase the required setback for oil drilling operations to 2500 feet from occupied buildings.
