Besides being the newest member of city council, he is active in the outdoor recreation community in the Pikes Peak region. During this interview, he offers the Manitou Springs viewpoint regarding the Manitou Incline, and some proposals on how to alleviate the problems brought on by traffic due to the Incline, and to get the Incline back open for use.
