We discuss the upcoming 2020 US Census. The current Republican Administration is trying very hard to reduce participation. Lower participation is the goal to try and take some representative seats from California and New York and move them to more conservative states. The citizenship question is designed to do just that. The rules for the Census state that all persons living in the country should be counted. By including a citizenship question (the first time since 1950) they are discouraging accurate counts.
