  1. I live in Manitou Springs and would like to know how we can get our council and our mayor to be transparent and care about locals concerns? Also, I have never seen a breakdown of how much money Manitou recieves in marijuana taxes and what is it spent on? I believe there should be a monthly statement made public. Finally, parking is a nightmare. It’s like a cakewalk to get a space. Our town is filled with fumes.
