They are followed by a special presentation by Stephany Rose Spaulding (candidate for U.S. D5 Representative) and by U.S. Representative (and Colorado Governor candidate) Jared Polis. State Democratic Party Chair Morgan Carroll follows.
Part 4 will feature remarks by Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley.
