Colorado Springs Mayor John Suthers delivered this address on September 27, 2018 at a luncheon hosted by the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC. Past accomplishments and future aspirations were among his remarks in this “annual report” in front of a record crowd at the Broadmoor Hotel. At the conclusion of his address, Mayor Suthers presented the Spirit of the Springs award to Chuck Murphy.
