Citizens see flaws in the City’s plans to grease the wheels of development at Banning Lewis Ranch. In this follow up to episode 3 of Town Square (Banning Lewis – Giving Up Too Much?), Bob Falcone, Past-President of the Friends of Cheyenne Cañon and a member of the El Paso County Parks Advisory Board (speaking as a private citizen, not on behalf of the board), and former Utilities employee Esther Mueller join host Dave Gardner to share their concerns about proposed amendment of the Banning Lewis Ranch annexation agreement.
Citizens have a chance to comment on the amendment and raise questions at a town hall meeting with Colorado Springs staff and city councilors on March 22.
