I went to the meetings on the narrowing of streets for bicycle lanes. They did not make any difference, because , in the end, the city traffiic engineer said our objections did not matter. She said the decision had already been made. This seems to be the same thing going on with the arena. I have lived in the area since 1949, and am tired of the pretense of the city and C.C. saying they want input. I have a degree from C.C., am a member of the Fifty Year Club, and am ashamed of how they are shoving this arena down the throats of the residents.
